Finding Your Body’s Ideal Shilajit Dosage
Calibrating your body’s ideal dosage begins with a piece of shilajit about the size of a grain of rice. Approximately 100 mg, take this once per day and begin recording the effects on your body and mind in your journal. After a few days, take the rice grain-sized amount 2-3 times per day.
